I have just changed my email address but, because I can't read French, I don't know how to change it on my profile page. Can someone please help?

G'day all.

I'm just wondering how I can tell if there's been any new posts since I last visited. There used to be a highlight thing on threads that had new posts since my last visit & it doesn't seem to be there any more (& I have difficulty reading the dates because they don';t say what year & I can't read French).
